What You’ll Do
Responsibility:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns; setting up and and optimizing online platforms, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising;
- Reviewing marketing plan, including design, design content, execution concept, presentation slides, advertising videos, ad boards, etc before officially launching;
- Supervising the design, programming, and management of website content and Youtube channel of the corporation and member companies;
- Overseeing marketing activities, advertising contracts, marketing budget;
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluating results;
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience;
- Researching and doing A/B testing to manage, add, or edit functions and banners on websites and social media pages;
- Editing photos and videos on a basic level;
- Collaborating with IT department to ensure website safety;
- Preventing and managing social media crisis;
- Executing other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar relevant field;
- Previous working experience for at least 1 year;
- Strong communication skills both Vietnamese and English;
- Ability to synthesize, present, and work independently;
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads;
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills;
- Impactful presentation style;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
