Curriculum Development Executive
Job Description
I. Duties
- RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
- Conducting research in the area of education.
- Researching, analyzing, and evaluating the international and domestic academic curriculums and programs which are innovated, long-standing and prestigious
- Researching and proposing on the appropriate implementation and method to adapt the curriculum/programs to the practices of GEET/HIM LAM school systems.
- CURRICULUM/ PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
- Developing the requirements for setting, assessing and conducting the acceptance testing of the deliverables.
- Establishing the criteria and tools to evaluate the lessons, experiment exercises, field trip activities, learning projects, etc.
- TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Designing and develop in-service training to teachers and other related department as requested
- Designing and develop a master training plan for schools
- Providing trainings and transferring the curriculum/program to schools
- Other relevant tasks following Head of R&D’s requests
II. Requirements
1. Education
- Graduated with university degrees in Education, School Administration, Education Management, Educational Technology or related disciplines.
2. Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in R&D in educational companies, projects and programs (preferably working in the product development department of the school system).
3. Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Good English communication, minimum of 6.5 IELTS.
- A person with the ability to research, cover, plan, report and manage well.
- Experience in business management / policy-making is an advantage.
- Ability to plan and organize personnel training.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to withstand high pressure at work.
- Being assertive, honest and effective at work.
